He also founded and led iLogos Game Studios, co-producing more than 400 games with a total player audience exceeding 1.5 billion, and Nika Entertainment, a mobile and social game developer with 60M+ players worldwide.
At Neofin, Max shapes high-level strategy, brings deep product-market expertise, and helps steer partnerships and investor relations.
He holds an MBA and dual Ph.D. in technical sciences, is a WIPO Honorary Inventor, and a Limited Partner at Aventures Capital. He also co-founded a private tech founder club uniting 350+ top executives and entrepreneurs from Ukraine’s global tech ecosystem.
